Tried POF for a couple months or so - interesting! Like everybody else there is some anxiety involved but I think there can be potential for meeting one's partner! Out of curiousity I guess is what made me decide to try this route as some of my friends have tried it! At this point, I am open to casual dating and if there is a spark then possibilites abound! I am 6 ft tall and athletic living in the greater vancouver area. I think the first meeting sets the tone if a person likes someone or doesn't like someone! I like a person to be honest, open and willing to be themselves! I have done some travelling in my time, so that is a plus if a person likes to do that! Family and friends are very important in a persons life - so they must not be ignored! Some people have discribed me as a sweetheart or handsome - I do not know if that is fully true but I would describe myself as somewhat shy, easygoing, and down to earth but willing to have fun and try new things!
My interests include: playing ball hockey, going to movies or staying in to watch, sporting events, going to concerts and theatre, going to the pub, walking and hiking the local trails in Greater Vancouver, relaxing at home, reading the paper with coffee, road trips, reading and debating, and just trying new things! I am ambitious and in search of more education and upgrading in my life!
Meet for coffee is always a good start in a public place! If something else inspires, then anything is possible on a first date!
