My Ideal first date would consist of having some guy taking me out to dinner (something fancy/ classic, no Mickey D's stuff haha) then to do something active.. if it's warm out (something like putt putt), if it's cold (something like bowling) I think you can learn a lot about a person in a more active situation... Not just the typical taking a survey-like questionaire. However, you still need to do the whole surveying at a nice dinner to even find out if your interested in continuing doing something beyond that point. A woman knows if she is interested in someone within 10 minutes of meeting them. If you want to serenade me to some Michael Buble afterwards, there is nothing wrong with that either!
