Seeking a sentient and sensitive being (and whoa, are they scarce on the internet...lol) to share laughs, conversation and chemistry if we're lucky. But the last isn't required -- friends are nice too. And of course I'm always open to having my socks blown off. I am a sucker for an intelligent, sharp mind and if you can make me laugh too, then I'm definitely a fan.
I try to live in the moment as much as possible. Music carries me away, as do the first growing smells of spring (extraordinary sense of smell, VERY important that our pheremones like each other) and the smile on my dog's face when we're walking in the woods.
I have a healthy peaceful lifestyle with lots of time outside walking, hiking, driving, swimming, photographing, drawing, or whatever else appreciating this incredibly beautiful island. I love to garden and putter around the house and think there's almost nothing better than curling up with a good book (ok, well, maybe one or two things...).
I work at home and consider myself to be very fortunate to be doing what I enjoy.
I've been accused of "thinking too much", but that's me. I'm always looking beyond the surface, and can't get enough of learning new things.
As you can tell by now, I'm not much of a party animal. I am happily somewhat of a loner, though I equally enjoy the companionship of a close friend, platonic or otherwise. I like having friends over for a nice dinner, wine and good conversation, but if you're happiest in a crowd or clubbing/pubbing we probably wouldn't be too thrilled with each other.
In any kind of relationship I believe in honesty, ethics and trust and require the same in those I count as my friends, without them true friendship can't exist. I have discovered a definite lack of honesty on the internet, so if you're not real please don't message me. And you know who you are...lol. I don't ask for "normal" (abby-normal is more interesting anyways!), but please do say what you mean and mean what you say.
I am passionate and intelligent...are you strong enough to be my man...? or at least a hiking partner? lol
