About Me
I like doing new things, even if they are scary. I think it helps keep you young. I have been described as being not mature in a brief executive career, but I can not help finding humor in everything. Life is funny, even at its worst life yields up humor as a panacea or balm for the soul.
I am active and like to do things, build or repair just about anything, and hike, walk, but not clean although I do enjoy a clean environment. I enjoy being physically active and don’t mind getting filthy, but I really enjoy getting clean, its even more fun with a partner. Love water and hottubs. I like women and their company, and tend to be a one woman kind of guy, but that hasn't paid off so well, bummer. I like to be intimate, touching, stroking, flirting and the free exchange of ideas, thoughts and dreams.
I guess my personality type needs an invitation before I can even think about the first move, something about taking advantage and all that. I need a connect, physical and emotional. I want the intimacy that happens on the other side of sex. I am gentle and not demanding, but I do have the need for intimacy. Need a buddy to help me keep really fit - go for long hikes if we have enough energy left after building all that stuff, fixing all that stuff and being intimate.
Like to back pack into out of the way indian ruins and enjoy the outdoors. Don't see the point in sitting in front of a TV watching sports (watching a whole season of Weeds on the DVR on a rainy day is another matter) - you could be building something or out hiking or for that matter having been intimate to the point of exhaustion sleeping!
I am independant and while I dearly love the close physical and emotional connect having a partner gives me, I am not possesive, controlling or judgemental. Time is just too precious to waste...
In life you only get to really choose a couple of things and the one that truly belongs to you is how you choose to react to a given situation... I am smiling, cause since it really is one of the very few real choices you get, why not?
Still smiling, cause there is probably nothing in the world better then touching the other side in the arms of partner actively trying to help you touch the other side, and yes I am someone who equates spirituality with sexuality and if you think sex is overrated, you ain't doing it right!
Oh yeah, you gotta have a sense of humor, my sense of humor is probably over the edge, since most everything is humorous to me. Hey if you get to choose, why shouldn't you choose to see the humor, life is too short to waste it being serious.
